Inspired by: old rubberhose cartoons from the early 1900s(e.g. Mickey Mouse, Feli the Cat, Betty Boop, early Looney Tunes, and to a lesser extent, Cuphead from a century later.)

Infuego the Fire Hydrant is a world-class firefighter, inventor and all-around handyman. He likes to work with his hands and come up with new inventions at his work bench. Some of which look super wacky from the get go.

Unlike most firefighteers, his crew, if he has one, prefer to remain anonymous. He actually has some friends by his side, like an electrician and a construction worker.

TRIVIA

When I originally designed him, I was starting to get the rubberhose look right, but it looked too colorful.

I once did an animation test with him, but I lost it to time and... yeah.
